LIFTING EXPERIENCE: Mixing our Strength & Conditioning formats provide optimal athletic performance improvements. Our Strength classes will help you get stronger in your bench press, squat, and deadlift, while our Conditioning classes will improve your endurance and cardiovascular performance.

STRENGTH / PERFORMANCE
NEW TO LIFTING: Try our Strength classes to learn the basics of the three traditional lifts: the bench press, squat, and deadlift. Your Head Coach will teach proper form and technique guidance for building a strong lifting foundation. Add Conditioning twice a week to improve your endurance and cardiovascular performance.

COMPETITION PREP
POWERLIFTING: Our Strength classes are the perfect compliment to your competition prep. Improve your bench press on Upper Body days, and increase power in your squat and deadlift on Lower Body days. We work a variety of rep schemes that will build muscular endurance and strength in your lifts.

OCR / ENDURANCE RACES: There’s no better way to improve your cardiovascular endurance than our signature Conditioning workouts. You’ll learn proper sprint stance and running form while strengthening your lungs to make it through even the longest of races. Add Friday Conditioning to your weekly regimen to really take your endurance to the next level.
