The Client Relations Representative is the frontline of Tone House and an integral part of the brand’s
culture and experience. He or she provides strong support to the Management Team (comprised of
the Studio Manager and Training Manager), with respect to customer service-related duties and also
creates a happy, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone. The Client Relations
Representative is positive, honest, and hardworking, with a passion for health and fitness, and is a true
cheerleader for the brand.

The Head Coach is one of the most visible leaders on the Tone House team and plays a vital role in
supporting the brand’s overall mission and vision on a daily basis. He or she possesses the high
energy, passion, and personality to uniquely and successfully relay the daily program to every
athlete that hits The Turf. The Head Coach is genuinely friendly and enthusiastic, welcomes and is
comfortable with social interaction, and has a strong desire to help individuals become healthier
and better versions of themselves. He or she accomplishes this by providing personalized
attention, safe and professional instruction, and the highest level of customer service to ensure
clients consistently have a great Tone House experience and also efficiently and effectively reach
their fitness goals.

• Must have a Certified Personal Training certification from an accredited NCCA program – ACE,NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NFPT, NSCA preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year College or University strongly preferred; a concentration in Physical Education, Exercise Science, or closely related field a plus, but not required
• Minimum 1-2 years of group fitness instruction or personal training experience within a commercial health club, boutique studio, or other fitness-related setting preferred. Novice candidates may be considered based on their attitude, energy, and general work experience. Reference letters may be requested.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service work preferred, but not required. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Act as a role model towards clients, peers, and colleagues by fostering a pleasant, positive, and respectful work environment and displaying enthusiasm about providing an outstanding training experience.
• Actively and positively promote Tone House and support all Coaches to achieve team bonuses by hitting class capacity utilization goals.
• Work cooperatively with Studio Management Team and act in accordance with Tone House policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, attendance, dress code, time keeping, and code of conduct policies outlined in Tone House Employee Manual.
• Identify, address, and educate new clients prior to the start of class to help alleviate anxiety and create a comfortable and welcoming training environment. This includes, but is not limited to, introducing yourself, inquiring about injuries, and providing a general overview of the brand’s offering, the daily focus, and what to expect from the class.
• Memorize and execute the daily program thoroughly, succinctly, with high energy, and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate and assist clients with proper set-up of equipment and execution or modification (in the case of injuries) of specific exercises, ensuring the safety and comfort of all clients.
• Acknowledge and thank clients after each training session, seek constructive feedback, and answer any pertinent questions or concerns, in conjunction with Studio Management Team (if applicable).
• Address client complaints/issues effectively and efficiently in collaboration with the Studio Management Team (if applicable).
• Ensure that the training area is well-maintained, clean, safe, and orderly during and at the conclusion of your scheduled classes, per Tone House standards.
• Create/update playlists regularly to consistently motivate clientele.
• Be present in-studio at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled classes; it is highly recommended that you are present on the workout floor at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class to greet new and existing clients.
• Ensure that all scheduled classes are covered and, if a substitution is necessary, be responsible for confirming the substitute Coach and properly notifying the Management Team on duty via acceptable means of communication (email and/or phone).
• Work cooperatively, and without complaints, as a substitute Coach.
• Ensure all fitness and CPR/AED certifications are up to date.
• Lead, participate in, and/or represent the brand at various off-site classes, events, and press-related inquiries for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Maintain a weekly Coaching schedule comprised of a minimum three (3) Head Coach classes and three (3) Assistant Coach classes.

The Tone House Sales Executive drives Company profits by selling services and products to customers, groups, and companies. He or she interacts directly with clients, so a high level of customer service and relationship management is critical to the role. Sales Executives are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, package renewals, and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, lead generation (in reach and outreach), and securing member referrals. Under the management of a General Manager, and the support of a Marketing Manager & Marketing Department, Sales Representatives must display an in-depth knowledge of, and participate in, all Tone House programs, products, and services. Sales Reps must stay current on key competitors by staying abreast of trends and “shopping” competitors to compare facilities and sales trends. He or she must have the ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships / partnerships with prospective and current members and companies in order to build a strong referral base and improve client retention. The Sports / Physical Therapist is an essential part of the Tone House Recovery Team and specializes in the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sport and athletic injuries. They work one-on-one with patients, executing and overseeing therapeutic techniques and helping individuals either avoid sporting or activity-induced injuries or rehabilitate them when they sustain injuries. He or she should be familiar with various special equipment and treatment modalities to build athletes’ strength and flexibility and promote healing.
The Sports Therapist also provides individual and team counseling, education, and online content to enhance the performance of competitive and recreational athletes, both in-House and on Tone House’s digital fitness platform, TH-TV. Primary responsibilities include counseling for performance and health, translating the latest scientific evidence into practical recommendations, tracking and documenting outcome of PT services, serving as a reliable advanced recovery resource in-studio and online, and maintaining professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
