Tone House® is the premier Strength and Conditioning athletic training facility aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in everyone. We believe that every individual has the capacity to be like the athletes they admire, and to train like them.
Conditioning classes are team-oriented, competitive, fun, and supportive, guaranteeing optimal fitness results. First timers are encouraged to start in our Intro or Intermediate level to get comfortable with the movements and pace of class.
Strength classes are weightlifting focused, designed around the three traditional lifts found in athletic weight rooms: the Squat, Bench Press, & Deadlift. You’ll focus on one main lift per day, with accessory and sled work programmed to complement the movement.
