What is Tone House FUEL and who is the chef?
Tone House FUEL is a clean-eating program to help maximize recovery and boost results to help you achieve your fitness goals. These delicious, nutrient-dense meals are created by the team at Farm Cut, a New York based prepared foods company that creates comfort foods from superfoods —without a trace of gluten, soy, refined sugar, or harmful additives. FUEL meals are specially crafted for Tone House Athletes to help your body burn fat, build muscle, prevent inflammation, maximize performance, and achieve optimum health.
Chef Lindsey Becker is a professionally trained chef and certified health coach with a passion for wellness and fitness. Lindsey is the Executive Chef & Founder of Farm Cut, where she and her team of nutritionists create meals that are a perfectly portioned balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Previously, Lindsey worked at a Michelin Star restaurant and has cooked for private clients across the country. Her meals utilize whole ingredients, local and organic produce, and premium quality animal proteins in a plant-rich, nutrient-dense diet to nourish your body.
What types of ingredients do you use?
Using local seasonal fruits & vegetables, grass-fed meats, organic chicken and sustainably sourced seafood, we aim to make it as easy, delicious, and convenient as possible for you to eat clean every day.
What types of ingredients do you avoid?
All Tone House FUEL meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, GMO-free, and refined/artificial sugar-free. We also avoid any artificial ingredients, trans-fats, and highly processed oils such as canola oil and soybean oil.
Why is this nutrition program so important in athletic performance?
Consuming the necessary nutrients before and after exerting your body can help replenish energy stores, build muscle, decrease soreness, burn fat, and repair any damage or inflammation. This is especially important given the level of training at Tone House. A balanced healthy diet with the right key nutrients can help your body become more efficient and enhance your athletic performance on and off the Turf.

Where can I purchase the meals?
At the moment, Tone House FUEL meals will be available for purchase at Tone House NoMad and Upper East Side locations in an easy, grab-and-go manner for pre or post-workout fueling, as well as on Postmates for delivery.
What are the calories, macros & nutrition info associated with the meals?
All calories and macro nutrients will be listed on the meal labels. Calories contained in the meals will range to please different size body types and goals.
If I have food allergies, how do I know which ingredients are used in a meal?
All ingredients included in each Tone House FUEL meal will be listed on the label and certain ingredients that commonly cause allergies will be flagged.
Are the meals meant to be re-heated? How long is their shelf life?
Meals will maintain optimal freshness for 2-3 days, depending on the meal (and will be notated as such on the label). Reheating instructions will also be listed on the label and the meal containers are microwave, freezer and oven safe, as well as BPA free.
