Harlem-based, Lauren attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from NYU and is a NASM Certified personal trainer. Dancing since the age of 4, Lauren has performed on Broadway, at Madison Square Garden, and The Javitz Center. She signed on to Wilhelmina Models’ Fitness Division in 2011, currently holds prestigious worldwide campaigns with Nike, Target, L’oreal, and Kohls, and appears regularly in Women’s Health, Shape, Fitness, & Self magazines. Lauren is also the first-ever female model for Nike’s Jordan line, premiering their Jordan “Tight of the Moment” campaign in November 2014. She has gained a reputation for having a unique perspective and creating a niche for models who strive to achieve and maintain health and fitness goals required by their profession. She enables clients to address not only their physical goals, but also overcome the emotional hurdles, which can prevent them from reaching their fitness goals.
