Coach Josephine Kelly grew up in the wilderness of Vermont, hiking, skiing, canoe-camping and adventuring with her mom and two siblings. She started training in classical ballet with her sister which led her to New York City. Josephine recently graduated from the Musical Theater Conservatory, Collaborative Arts Project 21, and is currently studying dance at the renowned Ailey School. Featured in Dancers of New York, she has danced in many Off-Broadway productions and a music video, as well as choreographed pieces for three seasons of the Phantom Theater in Vermont. Josephine is a NASM certified trainer who likes to swap out her ballet slippers for turf shoes and motivate others to grow their power/strength and cross train for their sport or lifestyle. She would not be able to pursue all these opportunities without the support of her loving family.
