BACK TO COACHESAntonee “Ant” Abraham is a former Division I Collegiate basketball player, ACE-certified personal trainer, and graduate of East Texas A&M University, where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration.
A native of Mount Vernon, NY, Ant’s journey through high-level athletics is defined by beating the odds—overcoming personal hardships and adversity to compete at both the Division I and Division II levels, including a Division II NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen appearance. Those experiences shaped his resilience and purpose, allowing him to connect with others on a deeper level.
Now coaching at Tone House, Ant brings an athlete-first approach that integrates mind, body, and soul, helping clients prioritize discipline, consistency, and self-belief across all aspects of life. His greatest strength is relatability—using his story to help others push past limits, build confidence, and commit to long-term growth.
