Strength Training
Designed by athletes, for athletes. Our Strength classes focus on the three traditional lifts: Squat, Bench Press, & Deadlift, with accessory exercises designed to complement the main lift. We follow a monthly progressive overload cycle that starts with endurance and finishes with max strength. You’ll work with a small group and choose weights appropriate for your strength level – no prior lifting experience required.
Sports-Based Conditioning Classes
Our signature Conditioning program pulled straight from the pre-season practice field. Move through all planes of motion with speed and agility drills, functional movements, cardio endurance work, and a team-based atmosphere cheering you on. Designed to keep athletes in peak training condition on and off the Turf.
CLASS LEVELS
New to this style of training? Our All Levels class is an all-inclusive starting point for new athletes to get a feel for the workout and learn the movements in a supportive, welcoming environment.
We recommend taking at least two All Levels classes before moving up to Advanced; which has minimal rest and double the volume, for those that want the smoke.
