Tone House offers both STRENGTH and CONDITIONING classes at our NOMAD studio at 32 E 31st Street. As a new athlete on the Team, we encourage you to try one of each format for the full athletic training experience. Take this quiz to determine how you should stack your Strength & Conditioning sessions based on your unique fitness goals.

Intro to Conditioning classes are held on Saturdays & Sundays for beginner Athletes – book with your Rookie Pass today.

Our Conditioning sessions are team-oriented, competitive, fun, and supportive, guaranteeing optimal fitness results. Our Intro and Intermediate sessions offer a great introduction to our workout and movement training philosophy, as well as focused instruction and demonstration on proper technique and strong form to master the movement.

Our Strength sessions compliment our well-known conditioning workouts by building muscular strength, endurance, and mass through collegiate and professional weight room-inspired lifting sessions. These sessions focus on the three traditional lifts: The Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift.

If you’re new to barbell style lifting, we encourage you to start out with light weights or just the barbell to get comfortable with the movements before progressing in weight. A Coach will be available to assist with proper set up and monitor your technique during the lift.
