The Client Relations Representative is the frontline of Tone House and an integral part of the brand’s culture and experience. He or she provides strong support to the Management Team (comprised of the Studio Manager and Training Manager), with respect to customer service-related duties and also creates a happy, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone. The Client Relations Representative is positive, honest, and hardworking, with a passion for health and fitness, and is a true cheerleader for the brand.

  • Acknowledge and greet guests and team members enthusiastically upon their arrival and departure of studies
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and superior customer service when assisting clients with membership and product inquiries, purchases, concerns, and complaints
    • Identify, generate, and close new sales leads; proficiency in hitting or surpassing sales goals
  • Effectively and efficiently facilitate proper check-in procedures for new and existing clients
  • Assist Studio Manager in general day-to-day operations
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly reception area
  • Demonstrate team-oriented behavior by assisting other departments when necessary
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the brand, current promotions, and special events to better drive product and membership sales
  • Uphold the Tone House aesthetic, appearance, and culture
  • Work cohesively and cooperatively with other Tone House team members
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to the Studio Manager on all studio issues
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Handle cash and POS system proficiently
  • Maintain membership database
  • Stay immersed in the Tone House culture by regularly participating in at least 1-2 Tone House sessions/week.
  • Pay Transparency | Hourly Rate: $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus commissions

DESCRIPTION

The Facilities Team Member is an integral part of the Tone House customer service frontline.  A key part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a great customer experience; ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the facility and keeping areas tidy and safe to create a pleasant environment for members and visitors.

  • Must be at least 21 years or older with proven facilities experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is highly organized and can demonstrate the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work effectively individually and with a team
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Must have flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Strong and humble work ethic; reliable, responsible, and able to maintain professional behavior and appearance

MAIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

General / Operational

  • Inform Studio Operations Manager when running low on cleaning supplies and to collect replacement items as needed.
  • Ensure equipment/amenities are safe for appropriate use and report if in need of repair/replacement.
  • Work as a member of the team and provide support as required to
    colleagues; participate in team meetings and training provided; wear
    uniform/protective clothing and staff badge as supplied.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties at the request of the Studio Operations Manager.
  • Respect and uphold the policies/procedures of Tone House.

Health & Fitness Areas

  • Clean or dust all surfaces, walls/floors and furniture as required.
  • Sanitize lockers, equipment as designated by studio standards and cleaning schedule, paying particular attention to supply restocking: soap/sanitizer dispensers, toilet rolls and shower products.
  • Disinfect all aspects of locker rooms: showers, bathroom stalls, cold tub etc. and restock amenities supplies as necessary.
  • Clean the studio facility in accordance with the cleaning schedules provided. Be
    aware of high traffic/functioning areas that become dirty and require extra attention and work
    independently or with colleagues to ensure efficient work progress.
  • Work with minimum disturbance to studio clientele, placing safety
    notices or informing people if likely to be any danger (i.e wet floors).
  • Report any Health & Safety matters and/or damage or repair issues to an operations staff member or Studio Operations Manager.
  • Use all cleaning equipment/machinery and chemicals safely and effectively as trained, using the correct chemicals for each job.
  • Independently assess areas of the studio regularly and complete tasks as found using their own initiative to prioritize the more urgent jobs that will most affect client needs.
