Each Athlete will submit their specific body transformation and performance goals for contest evaluation, and will schedule their initial assessment with RD Ryan Turner to be completed by January 11th. Ryan will help you form a game plan for aligning your nutrition with your fitness goals through the duration of the challenge.

The Athlete with the most compelling physical transformation by March 31st, 2020 will be chosen to win a year of unlimited Tone House membership, and will be featured on our social media platforms via video testimonial.

CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contest begins January 1st and ends March 31st, 2020. The registration window opens January 1st and closes January 11th, 2020. Contest is open to anyone who would like to participate and the cost is $150. Participants must submit their specific goals and measurements at the beginning and end of the challenge (will be emailed after registration) to be eligible to win. Tone House staff will determine the winner based on a combination of individual athletic performance improvement and body composition changes via InBody measurements. Winner will be announced by April 15th, 2020. If we are unable to get in contact with the winner, the prize will be given to the second place contestant, the third place contestant, and so on.
