Save the date for our Strength clinics focusing on each major lift this Fall.
These small group clinics offer one on one form attention and individual guidance for practicing your 1 rep max and rep tests before competition day. Clinics are open to anyone, account creation required.

In addition to the Strength clinics, we recommend taking Tone House Strength classes at least 3x a week in the 3 months prior to competition. Our class programming follows a monthly strength building cycle that will naturally progress from volume and endurance to hitting heavier weights at the end of each month. All of those practice reps will come in handy on your rep tests.
Our Strength classes will feature back squats on Mondays, bench press on Tuesdays, and deadlifts on Thursdays every week leading up to the Lift Off, so you can get plenty of practice with each lift.
