Weigh-in will take place at athlete check-in. Athletes will select their expected weight class upon registration, and will be confirmed the morning of the event.

WEIGHT CLASS DETAILS:

  • Medals will be given to the event winners of each weight class & OPEN / PRO division
  • Competitors must commit to OPEN or PRO for the entire competition and cannot switch between Divisions based on the lift
  • Your rep test will be scored against other competitors in your OPEN or PRO category within your weight class
  • You may choose to compete in a weight class higher than your bodyweight, but not lower
  • Overall Lift Off Champions will be crowned from the PRO Heavyweight division
