Weigh-in will take place at athlete check-in on event day. Athletes will select their expected weight class upon registration, and will be confirmed the morning of the event. Please see FAQ for detailed event scoring rules.

WEIGHT CLASS DETAILS:

  • Awards will be given to the event winners of each weight class.
  • Competitors may choose to move up a weight class heavier than their bodyweight, but may not move down in weight class unless their bodyweight falls within that category.
  • Overall Lift Off Champions will be crowned from total points scored in all six events combined from the Heavyweight category. Medals will be given to each division champion.
  • Special awards may be given for athletes competing in a higher weight class than their bodyweight.
