DIVISIONS:
Individual: Take on all 6 events solo.
NEW! Doubles: Teams of 2 (M/M, M/F, F/F). Both athletes complete all 6 events, scores are combined. Weight class determined by average bodyweight of both competitors.
NEW! 3-Person Teams: Teams of 3 (Men, Women, or Mixed). Teams may use strategy to maximize output; scores are tallied by combined total. Each Athlete completes one lift + rep test. Weight class determined by average bodyweight of all three athletes.
Athlete A: Squat 1RM + Rep Test
Athlete B: Bench Press 1RM + Rep Test
Athlete C: Deadlift 1RM + Rep Test
