This week focuses on developing mind to muscle connection, building confidence moving in different planes of motion with proper mechanics, power & control. Great for Gallops & Backwards Up Down practice.
We'll focus on body leverage, compound muscle activation, & form to maximize power movements like the Echo Bike, Row, & Sandbag Clean & Press.
