    Saturday, April 22nd, 3:30-5pm: Echo Bike (in studio) 

    Saturday, April 29th, 10 – 11:30am: Sprints (outdoors)
    Saturday,  May 6th, 10 – 11:30am: Backwards Up Downs (outdoors)
    Saturday, May 13th, 10 – 11:30am: Gallops (outdoors)
    Saturday, May 20th, 10 – 11:30am: Runners (outdoors)

    All outdoor clinics are held at Robert Moses Playground at E 41st St & 1st Ave. You’ll get to test the further competition field distance in each movement, so you’ll know what to expect on Game Day.

    Pro tip: need a deload, active recovery day? Thursday Conditioning is our lowest volume day of the week.
