This dynamic mobilization workshop will teach you how to use resistance bands to UNLOCK joints, as well as magnify stretching and activation techniques you can do on your own to increase mobility.
Dr. Kamraan Husain will help you understand the relationship between joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and the surrounding fascia and how self-care of the body must include attention to all of these tissue types. You’ll receive own Rogue resistance band to take home with instructions on how to use it properly for your individual mobility goals. Athletes will complete an abbreviated Tone House warm-up at the end of the session.
